The Paramio family's records date back to 1900, when a mill already stood there. In the 17th and 18th centuries, this mill was used to grind wheat, rye, and flax. The area where it was located was called "El Silvadal," where trout, otters, and river eels were part of this ecosystem.

The importance of the workshop for the province of Leon lies in the age of the carpentry machinery, which dates back to the 1920s.

The workshop's production consisted of complete cars and general carpentry. The cars bore the brand or plate of the workshop.

They also built the river bridge, which fell before the civil war; the schools and the barracks, as well as private projects such as kitchen furniture, bedrooms, wardrobes, and truck bodies, which were made of wood.
