Old emblazoned palace house built in the 16th century and founded by Antonio Álvarez Escarpizo, which after its recovery and rehabilitation has become the cultural and ethnographic center of La Cepeda and which today has one main objective: to promote ethnography and the artistic historical heritage of the La Cepeda region through the study of the popular culture of Cepeda and its people. Some 600 pieces of an ethnographic, archaeological, bibliographical nature are exhibited in it. All of them are arranged in several classrooms, for didactic and informative purposes, as well as in the attached garden; It also highlights its assembly hall for conferences, concerts, projections, exhibitions, etc. All this in order to keep the soul and history of La Cepeda alive.
