If we talk about watchtowers, we should think in defensive, robust, high buildings which are always in strategic places. The watchtower, which in this case concerns us could not be less, as well as it is next to waterways, ideal for the settlement of human groups around it.

Islamic watchtower that still allows glimpse part of what was, in this case two circular towers attached. One of these towers is hollow, while the other is solid and with a rectangular well whose purpose is unknown. They were built with masonry of limestone with rosaceous mortar, without roof and the access on the first floor. That is a place of garrison, strategic, but not always defensive.
