An eminently practical workshop in which, based on suggestions suggested by the facilitator, the creation (on-site and/or at home) of different texts (covering a variety of styles and genres) will be influenced and encouraged. Workshop participants will share their creations with their classmates, which will encourage subsequent reading, review, and discussion.

Activities will flow and adjust to the ideal pace in each session, with the aim of appropriately merging objectives, methodology, and participants' needs.

Workshop objectives:

- Practice the art of writing.

- To promote and intensify the passion for writing, reading, literature in particular, and culture in general.

- Open a window in our daily lives to new worlds and experiences.

- To confirm the therapeutic and self-knowledge effect that the act of writing brings and instills.

- Enjoy sharing this hobby, creating alternatives for leisure time.

- Create a playful, enjoyable, and intimate atmosphere, derived from the enjoyment of literary creation, the discovery of other sensibilities (styles, personalities, reflections, experiences, etc.), and the reading and listening to the resulting texts and narratives.

Carmen Plano , a graduate in Information Sciences, has been a professor of creative writing, literature and reading circles since 2007 (Biblioteca Foral de Bizkaia, Bilbao Fine Arts Museum, public libraries, cultural classrooms, equality areas and women's associations, Bolue Environmental Classroom, among others). She has been giving workshops and lectures on different areas of the Humanities for over twenty years.

She has worked for publishing houses, magazines, and information systems consulting firms, and is a web content writer.
