Charlotte, Life or Theatre is an interdisciplinary performance experience that blends live painting, multimedia projections, puppetry, and masks to bring to life the autobiographical work of artist Charlotte Salomon. Inspired by her painting series Life or Theatre , this performance tells the story of a young Jewish woman who, fleeing the horrors of Nazism, transformed her life into art.

On stage, two actresses, a suitcase, and a translucent screen immerse us in an emotional universe where color becomes a language of resistance. A visually powerful, sensory spectacle that speaks to young and adult audiences through emotion and memory.
