"Inhabited Boxes" invites us to explore childhood’s natural attraction to what lies beyond closed doors.
Opening a box is taking a risk. Risking is going a little further.
Going a little further is trying, knowing, investigating.
Start an adventure from which you cannot escape, you just have to face it:
Carmela to the wolf, Abdulá to the wind and Timoteo to the passage of time.
Everyday materials transport us to imaginary worlds. The keys that unlock the doors of mystery: the taste of sugar, the sound of sand, the texture of a teddy bear and a chicken's feathers, the color of paint, or the scent of cologne.
Pez Luna 's career in theater for/with children began in 2004, specifically linked to the development of short stories. Since 2013, they have launched a line of theater that merges languages and objects, focusing each piece on the family environment. Their latest project about the educator Gianni Rodari has been recommended by the National Theater Network, highlighting the piece's careful approach to children and its faithfulness to the writer's philosophy.
