Spring in the Caderechas valley of Burgos is marked by the white color of the more than fifty thousand cherry trees that, every April, display all their splendor. It is striking that these northern lands grow these crops more typical of more temperate ones. This is possible thanks to the natural wall that protects the valley from cold winds, creating a microclimate that fosters this wonderful uniqueness.
