Stage of 30 kilometers, most of which, within the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas y Fuente Cobre-Montaña Palentina. The difficulty, as in the second stage, remains high because of the hardness of the route that crosses the forest tracks. In winter, and even a few days of spring, it is easy to find snow on the passage of Cruz de Valsurbio.
