The La Alhóndiga Cultural Center in Zamora is hosting the photography exhibition "Certain Dazzlements ," a unique exhibition project that integrates 24 images by the photographer from León, José Ramón Vega, accompanied by poetic texts by Tomás Sánchez Santiago, a writer from Zamora who has just had his career recognized with the 2025 Castilla y León Prize for Literature awarded by the Junta de Castilla y León.

Certain Dazzlements is a delicate symbiosis that unites two sensibilities: that of the photographer and that of the poet. The images reveal subtle narrative spaces, uncertain landscapes, objects and still lifes, people observing, frozen moments, full of light—a light that is sometimes dazzling and powerful, and at other times whispered and deliberately incidental. The poet's words, in turn, construct evocative and suggestive metaphors that envelop the photographs with atmospheres, silences, or possible stories behind each frame. The combination of both talents transforms the exhibition into a narrative journey that accompanies the viewer without influencing them, allowing space for their own perspective. The exhibition can be visited until April 24.
