Thursdays in January and February, from 5 to 7 pm with Mikaela Secada.

  • Artistic expression describes a journey towards oneself, towards self-discovery and the reunion with the soul through the path of art.
  • To experience it, you don't need to be an artist or have any particular skill; the final "quality" doesn't matter; what's relevant is the process of self-knowledge, of connecting with our feelings and intuitions.
  • This creative visual arts workshop (painting, collage, writing, etc.) will involve activities that help us explore our inner selves, discover the beauty of art, and ultimately, appreciate everything around us. Creative expression fosters a positive attitude towards life and leads to inner peace.
