In the first quarter of 2026, a series of lectures and book presentations will be held, coordinated by the Ateneo of Salamanca.

Programming:
  • January 15. Book presentation: "A Companion Tree", by Raúl de Tapia and Clara Obligado.
    Presented by: Toño Blázquez. Member of the Ateneo of Salamanca.
  • January 29. "Evolution of the fish fauna of the Tormes River", by Juan Carlos Velasco Marcos. Head of the Environment Unit of the Junta de Castilla y León.
    Presented by: Toño Blázquez. Member of the Ateneo of Salamanca.
  • February 12. Book presentation: " It Was Just a Hurricane ", by Elio Irmao. Writer. (Inspired by the life of Amy Winehouse).
    Presented by: Paz Lleras, Secretary of the Ateneo of Salamanca.
  • February 26. " Justice, Price and Freedom: The Economic Foundations of the School of Salamanca ," by Santiago Andrés. Graduate in Humanities from the University of Salamanca.
    Presented by: Luis Gutiérrez Barrio, President of the Ateneo of Salamanca.
  • March 12. " Human Rights at the School of Salamanca," by Enrique Cabero Morán, President of the Economic and Social Council of Castilla y León, PhD and Professor of Labor Law and Social Security.

  • March 26. " The defeated alternative modernity of the Iberophobic world (1402-1999)", by Santiago Armesilla. PhD in political and social economy.
