"Our contemporary dance approach immerses itself in a naturalistic narrative, weaving connections between shared sensibilities and awarenesses linked to cultural diversity and transformation. Through a didactic approach, we seek to open doors to the imagination, fostering spaces for debate to encourage curiosity and a closer look at dance. Dance, in harmony with words and poetry, becomes a valuable tool to foster an increasingly necessary critical thinking. In short, this work offers a unique and original experience that connects with the common consciousness and traditional essence."
Young Dance Company
We are an initiative born from dancers who graduated from official dance schools in Castilla y León, with the mission of creating a bridge between the classroom and the stage. Our goals focus on job training, experience acquisition, women's empowerment in the performing arts, securing job opportunities in the world of dance, assuming organizational responsibilities that allow us to retain talent and prevent disaffection, and consolidating performing arts education to serve as an example to other young people.
Director: Alberto Estébanez Rodríguez.
Dancers: Eva Merchán Montaña, Lycan Dionisi, Irene Zapatero, Sara Martínez Albalá and Malena Portugal.
