The Arab labyrinth
Sergio Cela Camba
The Blue Pencil Editions, 2026

The Arabic labyrinth goes beyond a mere set of basic grammatical guidelines for understanding the Arabic language. At its core, it contains an instrumental vision, serving as an initial tool for delving into Arab culture, exploring its world, its relationship with Spain through the history of al-Andalus, and exploring basic concepts of Islam, jihadist terrorism, and its current repercussions.

Sergio Cela Camba was born in Zamora in 1991 into two families whose connection to the capital city has been lifelong. From his deep passion for sports, inherited from his maternal family dedicated to athletics, to a spiritual connection rooted in the city's Holy Week celebrations.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Valladolid. After serving in the operational units of the National Police's Central Services, he joined the executive ranks in 2019. He has been studying Arabic since 2016.
