On Friday, October 17, at 7:00 p.m., dance performance, "La silla" by Fresas con Nata, in our Newspaper Library (1st floor) for young and adult audiences.

A few chairs are scattered around the space in a disorderly fashion.

The void. Then, paradise. Then, a few people and a few stimuli.

What if musical chairs weren't a game? What if there really was only one person left, if your survival depended on getting the chair before your teammates?

The chair speaks of the most intrinsic aspects of human beings : selfishness, survival, ambition. But it also speaks of adaptation, of overcoming or resigning oneself to adverse situations. It speaks of coexistence and collaboration, of cunning and trickery, it speaks of the loneliness you encounter on your path to glory.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2025 program: performing arts in the library , promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León , in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.
