Fernando Davara is a retired Brigadier General of the Artillery Corps, a physicist, and holds a PhD in Computer Engineering (with honors), possessing a strong technical and strategic background. He has complemented his career with numerous courses in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Security and Defense, and holds a Research Proficiency Diploma. He has dedicated more than 40 years to the study and work of fields such as Space, Cybersecurity, Economic Intelligence, Crisis Management, and the Environment.
He is the author of multiple works, has participated in numerous national and international forums and has held important positions, including six years as Director of the European Union Satellite Centre.
