Two elderly puppet makers are coming to your town or city library to teach the ancient craft of creating animated beings. They will teach their students this beautiful art of theater, how to create fantastic characters, create beautiful and entertaining stories, and, most importantly, how to represent these stories to others and teach them to discover the fun of the magic of puppetry.

Through fun, theater, and puppetry, we present this entertaining reading animation workshop where you'll enjoy developing basic theater techniques, creating characters, sets, and scripts. We'll also learn how to act, move our puppets, and modulate our voices.
Each participant will individually create their character using various materials: paper, cardboard, string, fabric, balloons, glue, special clay, etc. Once we've made our puppet or marionette, we'll wait for it to dry and be completely finished. Meanwhile, in groups, we'll all invent short stories to act out with our newly created characters.
At the end, the groups will perform the play for their families.

Duration: 120 minutes
