Valladolid Museum. The Museum has organized a series of conferences on the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the aim of which is to promote awareness and training on the protection of cultural heritage against threats such as illicit trafficking and forgery of works, highlighting the role of state institutions and security forces.

These conferences highlight the participation of specialized professionals, emphasizing the importance of coordinated action for safeguarding heritage. The components include:

We have invited the following to collaborate in organizing these events:

  • Experts and university professors, versed in cultural heritage.
  • Representatives from the National Police and the Civil Guard, who contributed their knowledge about the work of the specialized units in the fight against property crime.
  • Specialized Delegated Inspection in crimes against property, offering a legal perspective.

The sessions will take place on December 4, 9, 11, 16, 18 and 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

There will be space in Room IV of the museum, with free admission until the end of the month.

Although admission is free for all interested members of the public, the lectures are especially geared towards:

  • Cultural professionals (museums, archives, libraries).
  • Members of the State Security Forces and Corps.
  • Students of History, Law, Criminology and Heritage.
