This time at the Human Library, we'll learn about housing problems firsthand. In collaboration with STOP EVICTIONS, they will be giving an informative talk.
The Human Library is a cultural and social initiative designed to foster empathy, intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, and understanding within the community. Unlike a conventional library where paper books are loaned, in this format the "books" are people from diverse backgrounds or with unique life stories. Participants ("readers") "request" a human book to have a direct, respectful conversation in a small group for a set amount of time.
In this edition, focused on SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), the public will be able to interact with testimonies from the Global South and local producers and farmers from the province to reflect on the challenges of our food system.
This activity is a single session and is designed as an open meeting for adults, young people and families.
Participants: Sarahí Reyes, Juan Salvador, Sara Marcos, José David Álvarez.
