To commemorate the centenary of Antoni Gaudí's death (1852-1926), Ármaga presents the group exhibition "Imagine Gaudí ," in which nearly thirty artists pay tribute to one of the most influential figures in modern architecture and artistic thought. Leon maintains an exceptional relationship with Gaudí thanks to the Casa Botines and the Episcopal Palace of Astorga, sites that occupy a central place in the evolution of his architectural language. Their presence enriches our heritage and places the province on the select map of locations that house his work.

The Catalan genius understood creation as the observation of nature and formal innovation. In this exhibition, the pieces engage with some of the principles that defined Gaudí's universe: the organic nature of forms, experimentation with materials, the elevation of reality to a singular aesthetic experience, and the integration of tradition and avant-garde. A century later, his legacy remains relevant, resonating in contemporary art.
