Local Music. 3rd November Folk

How can we not sing if we have a throat? How can we not make music if we can use our hands and feet? How can we not dance if our body asks us to? We sing and dance to the rain, to the fire, to the harvest, to births, to death, to love, to work…

The origin of music is uncertain, but as old as we are; we need music and it is present in the essence of our communities.

November once again dresses up in folk music with this third edition of " Music of Proximity ." It's a tribute to these roots musics, their musicians, and the informants, those elderly people who, like human libraries, store, preserve, and transmit the sounds of yesterday so they can be heard today and be possible tomorrow. Thank you all.

Let the musicians come and let the music play!
