A theatrical tribute to Jules Verne, to memory, and to the power of fiction. An exciting and accessible show for all audiences, where literature becomes a journey, memory an adventure, and theater a time machine.

"Jules Verne and my grandfather's book" is a scenic journey between memory, imagination and time.
Carlos, an actor and theater creator nearing sixty, discovers that the old book by Jules Verne
The book he inherited from his grandfather is much more than a worn volume: it's a veritable time machine. Opening it, he travels alongside Verne to the past and the future, but also returns to his own childhood in the 1970s, when at just ten years old he discovered the transformative power of stories. From Earth to the
Luna, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and Journey to the Center of the Earth
become scenic gateways to different moments in his life: childhood, dreams, decisions, illusions, and his artistic vocation. Among
Real life and imagined life, the show constructs an intimate and poetic narrative about how books shape us, save us, and accompany us throughout our entire existence.
