The Salamanca Public Library is joining in the celebration of Library Day with two activities:

October 24th

5:00 p.m.

Reading Festival

An event that involves gathering in the library to read silently, yet in company, transforming the experience of reading—normally considered a solitary activity—into a shared and enriching experience.

The dynamics of the activity are as follows:

"Bring a book and read it for 20 minutes. Share a 15-minute conversation with another reader, discussing your readings. Repeat this process as often as you like."

Storytelling for children with giant Kummerlin books

Double session with Kummerlin , who will narrate and sing "Boo-bu-bu's Gift" and "Teliot in the Mediterranean" , supported by giant cloth books and original songs composed for each of the stories.

Children will be able to touch the giant books created by Kummerlin to imagine the stories in their own way and foster creativity.

Free admission until full capacity.
