Life is a Game. How to improve cognitive abilities through play.

Through a fun and participatory workshop, the contents of the book will be shown through a series of games taken from it that exemplify how cognitive skills can be trained in an easy, fun and scientifically sound way.

Víctor J. Ventosa Pérez. University professor, educator, and writer. Founder and Honorary President of the Ibero-American Network of Sociocultural Animation (RIA). He has published more than 45 books on sociocultural animation, social education, theater, music, leisure, and free time.
