To celebrate the release of the film about the life of Miguel de Cervantes, our next Musical Afternoon will be dedicated to exploring the sound of Don Quixote's world. Through words, images, and music, we will travel back to the Golden Age, an era in which the paths of literature and music intertwined with wit, humor, and emotion.

We will explore the musical references in Don Quixote and other works by Cervantes, learn about the instruments that accompanied the celebrations and adventures of the Manchegan gentleman, and listen to pieces by composers contemporary to Cervantes that recreate the sonic spirit of his time.

An opportunity to enjoy, learn and rediscover Cervantes' work through listening, where words become music and music becomes living literature.
