Intervenes:
Matías López López (Lleida, 1960). PhD in Classical Philology from the University of Barcelona and Professor of Latin Philology at the University of Lleida. He has been a university lecturer since 1982, teaching at the University of Navarra, the University of Lleida, and the University of Lleida; and, under various arrangements, at universities in Italy, Romania, Argentina, Russia, the United Kingdom, and France. He has published approximately one hundred works in the field of Philology, including historiography and ancient theater (Plautus), Latin grammar, Roman thought (Seneca), the novel (Petronius), and medieval Latin fables (Walter the Anglican), among other studies on authors and genres of Greco-Roman literature.
