This workshop by Miriam Alonso begins on Monday, January 19th, in online format.
It will take place every Monday until June 29.

The novel is often the greatest challenge a writer faces, although, to be honest, for some, writing in a long format is as easy as breathing. Writing a novel means breaking down the barriers of limitations, of space, of everything that other genres don't allow, in the pursuit of that great story, that great character, that great experience. Freedom doesn't mean simplicity; the novel requires prior knowledge, a set of tools to apply or not to the project at hand. Taking as examples novels that have gone down in history for different reasons, characters that have dazzled readers and writers for centuries, and much more, in the Novel Workshop, we will study the resources their authors have used and delve into various techniques and considerations to discover within this genre. In this workshop, you learn and you write in equal measure.

New to the Novel Workshop is a section where participants can learn the first concepts to consider when editing their own projects.
