Biblioescena. Alauda Teatro. Recital "Someday our eyes will light up fireflies"

The Avila Public Library welcomes the Alauda Teatro company with the show "Someday our eyes will light up fireflies" , through which it proposes the creation of a theatrical event in which rhythm and melody refer to the audible aspect of poetry that will fully convey all its content, giving it a voice, making it alive, out loud!

In "Someday our eyes will light up fireflies", the poetic texts are able to sustain a narrative about the historical memory of events that we cannot relegate to oblivion and reinforce our obligation to keep them alive.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2026 program: performing arts in the library, promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León, in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.
