Biblioescena. Teatro del Navegante "Nobody who deserves me"

Queen Juana I of Castile appears before the spectators, still believing herself to be in her confinement in Tordesillas.

For 60 minutes, interacting with the audience, she will recount, chapter by chapter, the episodes of her life that earned her the nickname "The Madwoman." A journey into the past guided by its protagonist, a stroll through the life of one of history's most stigmatized figures. Juana, a woman who did not choose her own life. Despite being one of the most powerful women of her time, she did not decide her fate, her confinement, or even her relationship with her children.

The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2026 program: performing arts in the library, promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León, in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.

Adult audience, from 14 years old.
