We return in October with the Ancha es Castilla Oral Storytelling Cycle , which will be led by Vero Rilo.

Vero Rilo visits us to present Elas , a project that brings together life stories from diverse sources: her own stories, traditional narratives, and testimonies gathered from the voices of those nameless women who, without a name, could be any one of us. Through a series of scenes, Vero Rilo brings to life five women and their experiences, traversing different stages of life from childhood to adulthood.

The narrative addresses issues such as the feminist struggle, sexist violence, motherhood, sexuality, and human relationships, offering a pluralistic perspective through the different protagonist voices.

Vero Rilo is a storyteller. Since 2013, she has been telling stories and life anecdotes, among other things, to all kinds of audiences. Music is a strong element in her duo performances, although no matter how hard she tries, she never learns to sing or play the tambourine.

She also stands on her own; it is in variety that she finds her appeal. Feminism, tradition, historical memory, resistance, joys, affections, and rebellions appear consciously and unconsciously in her repertoire.
