Why tell stories?

Storytelling is a powerful tool for building the emotional and cultural landscape that accompanies us from childhood to adulthood. This workshop invites you to reconnect with the act of storytelling and discover your communicative potential.

What will we do?

  • Telling stories without needing prior knowledge.
  • Exploring our communication skills: voice, text and body, the essential triangle of communication.
  • Practice through dynamics adapted to the group, from innocence or experience.

Goals

  • Learn to enrich a story by working on voice, text, and body.
  • Discovering keys to better structure speech and becoming aware of our oral and bodily resources.
  • Becoming aware of our communicative potential.

Contents

  • Storytelling: reconnecting with the act of communicating.
  • Improvisation: games and activities to develop speed and creativity.
  • Narrative sources.
  • Debate and reflection: sharing concerns and experiences.
