Documentary film directed by Nicole Védrès in 1946.

A chronicle of life in Paris between 1900 and 1914, this montage film uses historical documents and fragments from over seven hundred films. It is considered a masterpiece of montage. Alain Resnais worked as an assistant on the project. Winner of the Louis Delluc Prize in 1947. Screening in original version with Spanish subtitles.
