The second annual meeting of Segovia Characters, unknown and recognized, from our Hidden Library, addresses the life and work of Manuela Villalpando, who was director of the Segovia Public Library and the Provincial Archive from 1945 to 1950.

To learn about Manuela Villalpando, a Round Table discussion has been organized, in addition to the exhibition, in which several of the people who knew her best in both her personal and professional life will talk, among others.
