On Saturday, October 11, at 12:00 p.m., we will enjoy "Poetry to Travel the World" with Katua & Galea, in our Children's Section for families (ages 4 and up).
With "P" for Poetry begins this literary journey dedicated to a towering poet, Gloria Fuertes . This collection of verses, poems, alphabet games, and stories is a simple journey through which we wish to pay a small tribute to this great poet.
For years, Katua Teatro has brought its literary project to numerous locations, introducing children to oral tradition and literature. Gloria has always been present throughout this time. Her tender and endearing characters, both human and animal; her charming stories, some as sad as life itself; her winking expressions, wordplay, and rhymes—all of this makes her poems and stories so captivating.
The activity is part of the BiblioEscena 2025 program: performing arts in the library, promoted by the General Directorate of Cultural Policies of the Junta de Castilla y León , in which theater companies linked to ARTESA (Association of Performing Arts Companies of Castilla y León) participate.
