Néstor Prieto Amador, journalist and international politics researcher at the University of Salamanca (USAL), will visit the Library of Castilla y León on Monday, June 15th to present his work 'Wounded Empire'.

The essay examines how the Donald Trump administration resorts to military and technological coercion in the face of losing its capacity for economic and cultural seduction, connecting the historical Monroe Doctrine with the use of artificial intelligence in current conflicts.
