Artist: Marcin Ryczek

PHotoESPAÑA returns to Segovia with an exhibition at the Quintanar Palace, organized in collaboration with the Polish Institute of Culture in Madrid.

"Symbols," by Polish photographer Marcin Ryczek, is a minimalist reflection on identity, transience, and perception through compositions laden with symbolic content.

In his series of photographs, Marcin Ryczek (Lublin, Poland, 1982) explores the power of symbols, their cultural significance, and their influence on the perception of reality in different contexts. The photographs reference familiar symbols, such as national flags, but also other metaphorical references, whether inspired by graphics and geometric shapes or philosophical ideas.
