We live in a model of society that simply attempts to simplify processes, creating short, resistance-free paths. The denial of pain and the dismissal of the most essential analyses have thus become the daily system of life and survival. Since we all, to a greater or lesser extent, live immersed in the failure of our own expectations, we might assume that we wish to coexist with a slow and agonizing decline rather than confront our own contradictions.
