With its latest production, Sleeping Beauty, the musical of your memories , Trencadís fuses the charm of traditional tales with the magic of musical theater. Spectacular rhythm and fun will accompany, at all times, the telling of one of the most beautiful love stories in our collective imagination. An adventure of princes, princesses, sorceresses, fairies, dragons, and many more characters, whom we will meet to the sound of the great musical numbers typical of the genre. Through her grandmother's memories, Alba will enter a world of myths and legends that will lead her to discover the wonderful story of Sleeping Beauty. During the celebration of Princess Aurora's birth, the evil witch Maleficent will condemn the innocent child to an eternal sleep that will begin on the day she turns sixteen and pricks herself on the spindle of a spinning wheel. The king and queen, trying to protect their daughter from the witch's evil, will burn all the kingdom's spinning wheels in a great bonfire and, much to their chagrin, will place their daughter in the hands of three fairies who will raise her far from the luxuries of the court, protected by anonymity. But the years will pass, and fate will pave the way for Aurora to meet a brave prince in a forest clearing, to the rhythm of a romantic ballad; for the fairies to prepare a fantastic birthday party for her and give her a wonderful dress during a magical musical number; and for Maleficent and her crazy trolls to celebrate finding the princess with off-key songs and circus melodies. Will the curse be fulfilled? Will the prince succeed in saving young Aurora? And, above all, will Alba understand the importance this tale holds for her grandmother?
