This course helps you answer these and other questions about hoaxes and misinformation.

Those who attend our training sessions will be able to:

  • Identify the fabric of information, misinformation, and disinformation.
  • Manage tools for verifying information against disinformation.
  • Detect half-truths and complete lies
  • Recognize reliable sources
  • Understanding how technology and AI can amplify and also control misinformation
  • Protect yourself and be part of a critical digital citizenship

This course is divided into 2 sessions of 2 hours each (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.):

  • Session 1: What is misinformation? Risks and how it affects us
  • 2nd session: Resources and practical tips to prevent it

Maximum number of places: 20.
