In collaboration with the Book Fair and the Provincial Booksellers Association, we invite you to participate in a very special workshop that will take place at the Fair itself, specifically in the Red Room of the Teatro Principal. A lively radio workshop.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the tools used in radio and how to work with them. They will learn about complete podcast recording equipment. Afterwards, a live radio program will be broadcast from the Book Fair, with the possibility of participation from the children who took part in the workshop, as well as other children of various ages who happen to be there.

And we will also have the opportunity to interview the writers who will be participating in this workshop: Marina Aguirre, María Estébanez, Paloma Ruiz-Rivas and Jimena G. Labrador, as well as all the children's and young adult writers who wish to participate with us.

The resulting recordings will be edited and turned into a free, public podcast available for download from the Menudo Castillo website. Permission to use the children's voices is required (this will be provided at the workshop).

  • Venue : Burgos Book Fair. Red Room of the Main Theatre.

Additional Information

RPLA is the application we use to register children for library activities that require it. Children must have a user card and know their password. Their reader card must include their date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address.

Registration will remain open until half an hour before the start of the activity.

If you need to cancel your participation in an activity, please do so as soon as possible to give another user the opportunity to register. If you fail to do so, RPLA will not allow you to register for the following month's activities. Registrations may be canceled up to 30 minutes before the start of the activity.

RPLA does not accept reservations.
