Roots and wings

To commemorate International Women's Day

Roots and Wings is a multidisciplinary performance integrating poetry, music, dance, and storytelling. This event brings together prominent local artists from diverse disciplines on a shared stage, offering a space for creative expression, reflection, and a tribute to women in all their diversity.

Roots symbolize the connection to history, traditions, and origins that have defined women's paths throughout time.

On the other hand, wings embody the desire for freedom, aspirations, dreams, and the ability to overcome limits, flying towards new horizons of equality, opportunities, and achievements.

The show aims to inspire, move, and connect the audience with the past, present, and future of women, celebrating their stories and their transformative power. It is not just a tribute; it is also an invitation to reflect on the role of women in society and to imagine together a future full of possibilities.
