Encarna Bernal, also known as Habichuela Cuentacuentos (Bean Storyteller) , trained as an educator specializing in promoting reading and rediscovering the world of stories. Throughout her training, she never forgot her great passion, theater, taking various courses and workshops in physical expression, object theater, puppetry, improvisation, storytelling, and clowning. She has shared her story in theaters, libraries, cultural centers, schools, and theater and storytelling festivals across Spain.

Stories from the Serene Fountain

Every afternoon, neighbors gather by the Fuente Serena fountain to tell stories, sing, and play games, just like our grandparents did. Spend an afternoon with them, enjoying tales and songs, both old and new, that have traveled to other places. A storytelling session accompanied by folklore, a way to remember our roots and connect with them.
