On Tuesday, July 22 , at 11:30 a.m., in Plaza Mariano Timón , entering through the Palencia Public Library, if you are over 6 years old , we invite you to spend a very fun time with Veruca Children's Stories
brought to us by the storyteller and collage workshop El hada Roberta.
Free admission to the storytelling session "The Fairy Roberta." There are 17 spots available for the collage workshop , and to participate, you must register in the Children's Room.
The Fairy Roberta is the witty and fun story of Lucía, an eight-year-old girl who doesn't like her appearance, and the fairies want to help her. So they send her Roberta, a kind-hearted fairy who composes songs, but is somewhat new and absent-minded, who will accompany Lucía at all times. Together they go on many adventures, and with her, Lucía will discover the beauty of being unique and unrepeatable.
In the second part, we'll bring two characters from the story, the fairy Roberta and Lucía's cat, to life through the artistic technique of collage. We'll play with cutouts, textures, and colors to create an original and charming composition.
