The " Psychology Today: What Can It Do for You?" series returns with a second lecture aimed at the general public. In this lecture, "The Art of Letting Go and Holding On: Emotional Balance in Adoptive Adolescence," psychologist, mediation specialist, and therapist Gabriel Labajo Rodilana will lead the discussion, which will be introduced by Alicia Sanzo García and chaired by David Cortejoso Mozo, both members of the COPCYL (Official College of Psychologists of Castilla y León).

The talk will address aspects related to adolescence in adopted children, tools for connecting with them, and self-care for caregivers.
