On May 9th , the Palencia Public Library will host the 11th Meeting of Reading Clubs of the Province of Palencia. These are the activities that will take place:

10:30 a.m.:

  • A warm welcome and reception for the participants with a performance by El Ciego , featuring hurdy-gurdy music.

10:45 a.m.

  • Theatrical and musical welcome act : The Lazarillo of the Carrión River, the Poetess and the Blind Man "Romance to the Public Library of Palencia".

11:00 AM:

  • Talk and discussion " 40 years of the Palencia Public Library " .

11:45 hours:

  • Break and coffee.

12:15 hours :

  • Meeting with the author Toti Martínez de Lezea.

2:00 PM:

  • Lunch break.

5:00 PM:

  • Terra Sigilata Arqueofolk concert, archaeology of the intangible heritage of Palencia.

5:45 PM:

  • Farewell.
