XIX EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CLASSICAL MUSIC FESTIVAL NIGHTS OF THE ROYAL SITE

On June 13th, the Royal Site Symphony Orchestra , conducted by Madrid-born Jorge Yagüe , one of the most promising young conductors on the current musical scene, will perform a concert featuring cellist Mark Fliderman as soloist. The program includes Shostakovich's Cello Concerto No. 1 and Schubert's Ninth Symphony .

On June 20, the CSKG Clarinet Ensemble , directed by Emilio Alonso and Javier Martínez, will present "From Classicism to Jazz ," a sonic journey through different styles and eras with the clarinet as the protagonist.

On June 27, dance, voice and piano come together in "Love in 100 Gestures" , directed and choreographed by Sandra Kramerova, featuring soprano Andreea Braga and pianist Tsisana Kikabidze, a contemporary dance creation inspired by gestures of love in universal painting.

On July 4th , the Garcilasos company will present ¿Pues amas, ¿qué cosa es amor?¿ , a Renaissance zarzuela about the poetry that led us to the Golden Age that revisits the imagery of love in the Spanish literary tradition.

On July 11, the festival will host the Cello and Piano concert featuring pianist Józef Domăża and cellist Antoni Wrona, young Polish performers with international acclaim. Antoni Wrona is also the winner of the 2025 Manuel de Falla International Competition held in Warsaw. The program will establish a dialogue between works by Polish and Spanish composers, combining repertoire for solo piano with pieces for cello and piano.

On July 18 , the main program will culminate with Pasiones , a lyrical gala in which Spanish song and zarzuela will take center stage, featuring soprano Andrea Carpintero, tenor Aridane Betancor and Manuel Burgueras on piano.

On July 19th at 8:00 PM , the festival will host the presentation of "El Cancionero de Palacio" (The Palace Songbook ), a show produced in collaboration with Festival Renacen that will bring this year's edition to a close. This audiovisual performance, a premiere for the festival, invites the audience on a journey through the music and theater of the court of the Catholic Monarchs.
