Festivities held in honour of the Virgin of La Vega, Benavente’s patron saint. Originally they consisted of a procession to the Chapel dedicated to the Virgin in Cimanes, to give thanks for the victory over the Moors (in the 9th century).

They are celebrated around the so-called Easter Monday, eight days after Easter Sunday. In the morning the Veguilla Procession takes place, during which the Patron Saint walks through some of the most central streets. Then the "Petition of the Enmaromed Bull" takes place in the Plaza Mayor, which will travel the streets fifty-one days later.
