The twelfth edition of these two delicacies kicks off, taking place from May 7th to 14th in 27 establishments in the province and capital.

The initiative promoted by the Provincial Association of Hospitality Businesses of Valladolid in collaboration with the Valladolid City Council, the Tudela de Duero City Council and the Valladolid Provincial Council through the Alimentos de Valladolid brand, once again and on the occasion of the San Pedro Regalado festivities, the 12th Tudela de Duero Asparagus and Castilla y León PGI Lamb Days are celebrated, from May 7 to 14 in 27 bars and restaurants in the province of Valladolid and in the capital.

With the celebration of the city's patron saint, Saint Peter Regalado, Valladolid has prepared numerous activities for locals and visitors to enjoy. Furthermore, coinciding with the feast of San Isidro on the 15th in Madrid, many Madrid residents are expected to take advantage of the long weekend to visit the city.

As in previous years, the city and province are expected to be bustling with life, with a significant influx of visitors to the hospitality establishments.

During these days, the establishments participating in the campaign, 13 in rural areas and 14 in the city, will offer the opportunity to enjoy two of the most delicious products and hallmarks of Valladolid's gastronomy.

A total of 40 dishes can be enjoyed: 16 tapas, 14 portions and 10 menus, which highlight top-quality products such as Tudela de Duero asparagus and IGP suckling lamb from Castilla y León, in proposals ranging from more informal formats to more traditional options.
