Isabel Álvarez

Isabel Álvarez trained in tourism and teaching before completing a postgraduate degree in hotel management at the Sant Pol de Mar School of Hospitality. She is currently the co-owner and head chef of the Maricastaña restaurant. She has always had a passion for teaching, teaching a mid-level cooking class where she shares her experience with future chefs in our region. She has won several awards, including the Innovation Award for creating "morcilla nachos" in 2011. She is the Eurotoques representative in Castilla y León and passionate about the products of her region.
