Born in India, Chef Jasbir Kaur has developed her career accumulating various awards in England, the United States, and New Zealand. Upon arriving in New Zealand, she made the leap into television, starring in the television program "Good Morning Chef," and later directing and producing a series called "The Chef in You," a series that aims to bring some of the country's most important chefs into the home. With a degree in Restaurant Management and a diploma in Psychology and Nutrition, Jazz was the first woman to chair the New Zealand National Chefs Association in Auckland. She has worked in some of the finest luxury hotels and restaurants in the United States, the United Kingdom, India, New Zealand, and Spain. For the past nine years, she has served as a judge on several international culinary championships, including the San Francisco Culinary Expo, and holds the position of verifier for the British company City & Guilds. Chef Jazz's career has also been intertwined with education and training in gastronomy. In the last seven years, she has opened three culinary schools, developing different programs and successfully transforming a culinary school with 80 students and six teachers into one with 600 students and 23 teachers. She is currently the General Manager of the prestigious Iginite Colleges.
