Javier García PeñaJavier García Peña Javier García Peña began his career at the Casino Castilla y León Hospitality School. He subsequently trained under the tutelage of Lorenzo Gonzalez and Jesús Ramiro, the latter of whom, at Peña's request, gave him the opportunity to work in other countries such as South Korea, Brazil, the Philippines, and Mexico to continue his progress. A participant in TopChef, where he was close to reaching the final, his resume continued to grow until he decided to set up his own restaurant in Valladolid, Sibaritas Klub. He is currently still involved in television with "Comerse el Mundo" on TVE, a program that is currently recording its third season. TVE Cocina al Punto and collaborations on La Sexta Noche , El Señor de los Bosques , and Lo Siguiente .
